Sourcing
Scrap is sourced from approved vendors and tested with spectrometers to verify chemical composition before melting.
Melting
Controlled melting produces the required chemical composition for each grade.
Casting & Rolling
Stainless steel is cast into ingots, then rolled into rounds, RCS, hexagons and squares of various thicknesses.
Finishing
Bright bars are produced through cold drawing, peeling, grinding and polishing for improved surface finish.
Final Inspection
Each product is checked against its pre-approved specifications.
Packing & Dispatch
Material is packed, documented and dispatched with clear communication on delivery timelines and test certificates.
