Recycling scrap into high-performing steel.
Our manufacturing is built around precision, process control and consistent quality. State-of-the-art machinery, in-house testing and robust quality systems take segregated scrap through to finished bar.

Steel melting shop (SMS)
Excellence begins here. Rigorous scrap preparation and controlled melting guarantee the purity every downstream process depends on.
Scrap preparation
- Grade-wise sorting and verification using spectrometer guns
- Preheating in annealing furnaces
- Bundle press machines
- Heavy-duty plasma cutters
Induction melting
- Two Inductotherm induction furnaces
- Monthly melting capacity of 2,500 tonnes
- Controlled top/bottom pouring per product specification
Hot rolling
Our network of trusted rolling partners converts stainless steel ingots into rounds, RCS, hexagons, squares, angles and flats across a broad range of sizes.
Cold finishing facility
Peeling, centreless grinding and polishing refine the surface of hot rolled bars. Bar straightening and band saw cutting supply customer-specific lengths.
In-house testing
Inspection protocols at every stage ensure our products meet exact specifications before dispatch.
