Handheld spectrometer verification of every scrap consignment and ferro alloy lot before it is accepted into the yard.
Bath sample
Chemistry corrected in the furnace against live spectrometer readings, so the heat is in specification before pouring begins.
In-process
Dimensional checks through rolling and cold finishing, with hardness and surface inspection at each pass.
Pre-dispatch
Tensile and elongation results, ultrasonic testing where specified, then tagging against the heat number.

Testing is in-house, which means results in hours rather than days — and no third-party queue between you and a dispatch decision.

Every bundle tagged with heat number, grade, size and quantity for shop-floor traceability.
