Our Dholka production facility has completed a capacity expansion that takes current annual output to 28,800 MT, supporting continued growth across our long and flat product ranges — round, hex and square bars, RCS, billets, ingots, coils and flat bars.
What’s changed on the floor
The expansion adds furnace capacity and additional finishing-line throughput, reducing lead times on standard sizes and giving us more flexibility to accommodate larger repeat-order volumes without impacting delivery schedules for existing customers.
The road to 2030
This expansion is the first phase of a roadmap targeting 60,000 MT of annual capacity by 2030, alongside continued investment in testing and quality infrastructure to keep pace with production growth — not just melting and rolling capacity, but the metallurgical lab, documentation systems and BIS-certified process controls that go with it.
